Privacy Policy

S2V FRAMES (“we”, “Sonu”) is a photography business in the Bay Area, California. This policy explains what information this website (s2vframes.com) collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: s2vframes@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you write to us. The letter form sends what you type: your name and email, and anything else you choose to add (event type, date, venue, number of guests, what matters most to you, phone number). We use it only to reply to you and to plan your session.

When you browse. The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising, tracking or session-recording tools. It counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you (see below). Your browser keeps three small notes. Two are in its session storage and are cleared when you close the tab: your scroll position, so the back button returns you to the same place; and whether you have already seen the opening, so it is shorter the next time. One is in its local storage and stays until you clear your browser data: that you have seen the opening ring of photographs, so it plays only on your first visit. None of them is sent to us. Nothing you type into the letter is stored, even in your browser, until you choose to send it. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver and secure the site.

Who processes it

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives the letter form and forwards it by email to Sonu, and sends you an automatic confirmation that it arrived. FormSubmit also receives your IP address and browser details when you send the form.
• Google (Gmail) hosts the inbox, s2vframes@gmail.com, where your letter and our replies are kept.
• Vercel hosts the website and keeps the server logs described above. Its Web Analytics counts page views, referring sites, and country, device and browser type, without cookies; visitors are counted using a hash of the request that is discarded daily, so you are not tracked across days or across other websites.

Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties. Links to Instagram only send you to Instagram if you click them; Instagram’s own privacy policy applies there.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or share your information for advertising, and we don’t send marketing email. This site is meant for adults, including parents booking for their family. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have received a letter from a child under 13 we delete it.

Photographs

Photographs on this site are published with the permission of the families in them. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down.

How long we keep it

Letters and emails are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and, if you book, to run your session and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

Email s2vframes@gmail.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new date.
